Displays recent topics in board index with nice jQuery effect. The Hook has the following features:
- Enable or disable hook.
- Select user groups that can view recent topics.
- Select number of topics to ticker.
- Adjusting ticker background color.
- Adjusting ticker border color.
This hook depends on the hooks_recentTopics() built-in function to get recent topics (with honored permissions)
